Our client is a leading organization in the food processing industry, currently seeking a qualified professional to join their team.
Strategy and Management:
  • Develop the raw material area development strategy in alignment with the company’s production and export plans.
  • Oversee all operations of the Agriculture Division, including workforce planning, budgeting, and production plans.
    • Plantation and Raw Material Area Development
  • Identify, survey, and assess land potential in Kon Tum and surrounding areas to expand plantation/raw material zones.
  • Develop land-use plans and implement industrial-scale passion fruit/pineapple cultivation projects.
  • Support the establishment of standardized cultivation procedures, such as , Organic, and other relevant standards, and supervise implementation.
  • Manage investment costs, productivity, and crop quality across plantation areas effectively.
