Administrative and financial management of the Department, its customers, partners and staff members.
Accountable for financial performance and governance in Agriculture, Food and Life business segment (AFL), including top line growth, profitability, margin improvement, efficiency and productivity.
Promotion of the company brand and integrity in the market.
Analysis of market potential, development of competitive and operational positioning strategies.
Development of new service and product concepts.
Translation of business strategy into pragmatic action plans and their execution.
Negotiation, drafting and management of contracts with local and international clients.
Provision of consulting and customer assistance services, including monitoring and management of customer satisfaction.
Ensuring integrity and continuous improvement in inspection, testing and certification services.
