Job Description

• Crop and Soil Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yield, soil health, and overall farm productivity.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on agricultural practices, pests, and environmental conditions to optimize farming techniques.
• Advisory Role: Provide guidance to farmers on sustainable practices, pest control, irrigation systems, and the use of fertilizers and other inputs.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of crop management, soil science, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges in farming and develop effective solutions to improve productivity.
