Job Description

• Manage daily activities like feeding, monitoring shrimp growth, and ensuring optimal water quality.
• Implement production targets, including breeding and harvesting schedules, and monitor sanitary protection.
• Conduct regular inspections of pond systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Maintain records of shrimp numbers, size, and other production metrics.
• Request and manage supplies, such as feed, chemicals, and equipment.

Staff and Administration

• Hire, train, and supervise farm staff, including setting and enforcing safety standards.
• Manage the farm's budget, monitor expenses, and handle administrative tasks.
• Keep detailed records and analyze data to report on farm performance.
• Collaborate with management on strategy and potentially with marketing and sales.
