This role involves overseeing the cultivation and sourcing of high-quality ingredients, particularly cacao, to ensure the authenticity and exceptional taste of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Farm Management:
• Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of cacao farms, including soil management, irrigation, and pest control.
• Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize yield.
• Monitor crop health and implement necessary measures to prevent diseases and infestations.
• Sourcing and Procurement:
• Source high-quality cacao beans and other ingredients from local farmers and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers and cooperatives.
