  • Oversee/support fertilizer, seed, chemical and equipment sales.

  • Provide leadership to ensure the team is engaged and motivated, while managing operations that meet or exceed budgeted goals.

  • Ensure the achievement of operational goals, financial goals and sale targets.

  • Manage and grow customer relations.

  • Seek growth and expansion opportunities.

  • Lead farm marketing promotions and customer events.
