Job Description

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, this position is responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Dauphin Agro location. The position provides leadership, direction and oversite to Agro centre operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.
Responsibilities for this position include the following:
Manage and oversee over-the-counter/inside sales and CRM activities
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards
Coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance schedule
Oversee and lead ordering, supply chain logistics, and inventory.
Work closely with team members, sales team, and suppliers to align inventory with customer needs.
Build strong customer relationships.
Plan, monitor, and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion.
