LDPC primarily handles the production, processing, and export of fresh and processed pineapple products. It plays a key role in managing agricultural operations, ensuring product quality, and implementing sustainable farming practices aligned with LFCs standards.
Required Qualifications
A degree in Agriculture (Major in Plant Agronomy, Soil Science, Entomology, Horticulture) or Agri-Engineering
With at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in agriculture industry (preferably with pineapples) and has supervisory capacity
Possessed excellent supervisory skills, problem solving skills, effective verbal & written communication skills
Result-oriented, ability to show initiative, can work effectively within the different levels of the...
