Technical Fabrication & Assembly

• Precision Fabrication:
  Interpret technical drawings and schematics to fabricate custom AGV components and mechanical assemblies.
• Workshop Stewardship:
  Oversee the maintenance and calibration of workshop machinery to ensure a safe and high-functioning production environment.

Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

• Predictive & Preventive Maintenance:
  Execute rigorous PM schedules to maximize fleet uptime and extend the operational lifespan of mechanical and powertrain systems.
• Corrective Repairs:
  Perform rapid-response troubleshooting and repairs on AGV units, including engine components, chassis, and drive systems.

System Calibration & Testing

• Performance Validation:
  Conduct comprehensive functional testing and benchmarking against performance metrics to ensure units meet operational standards.
