Technical Fabrication & Assembly
Precision Fabrication: Interpret technical drawings and schematics to fabricate custom AGV components and mechanical assemblies.
Workshop Stewardship: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of workshop machinery to ensure a safe and high-functioning production environment.
Maintenance & Lifecycle Management
Predictive & Preventive Maintenance: Execute rigorous PM schedules to maximize fleet uptime and extend the operational lifespan of mechanical and powertrain systems.
Corrective Repairs: Perform rapid-response troubleshooting and repairs on AGV units, including engine components, chassis, and drive systems.
System Calibration & Testing
Performance Validation: Conduct comprehensive functional testing and benchmarking against performance metrics to ensure units meet operational standards.
Sensor & Navigation Tuning: Assist to calibrate LiDAR, sensors, and guidance systems to ensure precision navigation and obstacle detection.
