**Purpose of the Role**

+ Support/coordinate budgeting, financial reporting/analysis, propose productivity improvements.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Budget & Forecast: Develop and coordinate budgets, monitor changes, provide risk/opportunity analysis, pursue savings, ensure timely and clear reporting.
+ Financial Analysis: Provide timely project financial analysis, highlight risks/opportunities.
+ Accounting Closing: Conduct monthly/yearly closings per German/Japan GAAP.
+ Compliance: Ensure statements comply with local/corporate guidelines, proper use of systems/software.
+ Communication: Regularly communicate with business partners, ensure accountability for financial deviations.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**

+ 3+ years’ experience in Finance (Controlling, Accounting, or Auditing)
+ Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling (university degree or relevant certificates)
