Job Description

What you will do

The key responsibilities for the Design Lead-Plant Modifications will be:

  • Lead the Design and Engineering development for portfolio of small-scale brownfield projects.

  • Manage and steward Mult-disciplinary engineering design of site led small projects.

  • Accountable to deliver engineering packages to site for procurement and construction by working closely with Contractor, Site team and other engineering disciplines.

  • Lead and steward Management of Change including coordinating with other disciplines and operations, conducting risk reviews when appropriate, and updating documentation.

  • Participate/lead design reviews, Risk Assessments, HAZOPs, 3D Model Reviews, vendor bid evaluations, and project readiness reviews.

  • Work closely with the Engineering contractor in reviewing the proposals, developing the engineering cost and Schedule, and submitting it to site.
