About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding academic leader to advance Kaupapa Māori Psychology at the University of Waikato. As Ahorangi (Professor), you will provide strategic and scholarly leadership across teaching, research, and service, strengthening the University’s commitment to mātauranga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

This is a pivotal role with responsibility for shaping the direction of Kaupapa Māori Psychology within the School and contributing to the University’s national and international research profile. You will lead high‑quality research programmes, mentor academic staff, and supervise postgraduate students.
