As an AI Agent Associate , you will work closely with a squad of engineers and founders to bring AI voice agents into production for customers. You will own delivery end-to-end: gathering requirements, preparing demos, designing and iterating prompts, running evaluations, coordinating launches, and ensuring continuous improvement once the agent is live. This role is highly hands‑on , customer‑facing, fast‑moving, and central to Flyboard’s ability to deliver value. You will report directly to the Founding Team .

• Own delivery: from demo preparation through production launch and ongoing optimization.
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into agent behaviours.
• Design, maintain, and iterate the prompt and configuration of AI agents.
• Test and evaluate agent performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
