AI Agent Builder Job Core Responsibilities Agent Construction & Workflow Setup: Use low-code platforms (e.g., Write and refine high-quality System Prompts to control AI behavior, persona, and task accuracy. Continuously optimize prompts based on real-world interaction data. Support the integration of AI Agents with client systems (CRM, Helpdesk, etc.) Use basic coding (Python/JS) to handle data parsing and custom logic nodes. Local Scripting & Voice Strategy: Translate and adapt AI scripts to fit local linguistic nuances. QA & Daily Operations: Monitor AI performance, identify Bad Cases, and perform troubleshooting.
