AI Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop core modules of the Manus Agent, driving practical applications of generative AI in real-world scenarios
• Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, and Agent system architecture optimization
• Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping
• Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of programming experience; Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (outstanding new graduates welcome)
• Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards
• Proficiency in the front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices
