AI and Digital Innovation Lead

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

To provide technical architecture including front-end, web services, middle-tier, and back-end for customer-facing Web, Android and iOS mobile platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Project Manager/ Scrum Master for Digital, Mobile apps + Web projects
• Oversee research initiatives on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide digital product design and development strategies.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Drive innovation by facilitating ideation sessions and reviewing UI/UX and technical enhancement proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and design systems to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term product and technology roadmap.
