AI Automation Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation Consultant to work closely with all departments (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering) to analyze existing workflows and implement AI-powered automation using tools and AI agents.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on learning how teams work today, identifying inefficiencies, and building practical AI-driven solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with department heads and teams to understand current workflows and pain points
• Map end-to-end business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions (agents, workflows, integrations)
• Build and deploy AI agents for internal use cases (recruitment, sales ops, support, reporting, documentation, etc.)
