AI Automation Engineer

We're looking for a Mid-to-Senior AI Automation Engineer to help us design and deploy production-grade automation systems for B2B SaaS companies.
This is not a tutorial-based role. We need someone who has built and shipped real systems used by sales, marketing, and ops teams.
Systems You'll Build
AI-powered lead scoring & enrichment engines
Speed-to-lead and lead recovery workflows
CRM pipelines & lifecycle automation (HubSpot)
Outbound campaign infrastructure
ROAS optimization & reporting systems
AI-assisted workflows using LLMs
Tech Stack
Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier
HubSpot (CRM configuration & automation)
Clay, Apify,
Claude API / OpenAI (LLMs)
Custom scripting (Python / JavaScript) when required
What We're Looking For
2–3+ years building production automation systems
Strong experience with API integrations & webhooks
Hands-on CRM automation experience (HubSpot preferred)
Comfortable handling error states, retries, logging...
