The AI & Automation Lead serves as the strategic and client-facing anchor for the practice, responsible for discovering, analyzing, and quantifying business processes and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvement and automation. This role focuses on understanding stakeholder needs—typically across groups of 10 to 50 people—and translating them into actionable design requirements for successful AI and automation adoption. Acting as a consultant and trainer, the Lead ensures alignment between client objectives and technical execution, influences development priorities, and guides backlog planning without engaging in hands-on coding.
