We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help redesign and automate core operational systems for a U.S.-based insurance services company.

This role goes far beyond building Zapier workflows. You'll be working on end-to-end operational systems that replace fragile manual processes with structured, auditable, human-in-the-loop automation.

Our client runs a backend operations team in the Philippines, so this role must be PH-based and able to collaborate closely with both PH ops and U.S. stakeholders.

This is a senior, systems-thinking role
