AI Automation Specialist (Remote – Philippines)

Staff Hero is hiring an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help us build, integrate, and optimize AI-driven systems across recruiting, sales, and internal operations.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience using or building systems related to Clawdbot / Moltbot .

If you enjoy connecting systems, working with APIs, and building AI automations independently — this role is for you.

You will work directly with leadership to design and implement AI-powered workflows and integrations.

Examples of Projects:

• Building and optimizing workflows using Clawdbot / Moltbot
• Connecting AI tools to CRM systems
• Building AI-assisted recruiting and sales workflows
• Creating internal knowledge bots
• Setting up automation in Zapier / Make / n8n
• Integrating OpenAI or similar APIs into workflows
