AI Backend Engineer

Design and deploy AI systems that power intelligent debt recovery and customer interactions. You'll build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, and create AI agents that handle real financial workflows.

• Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, Gemini
• RAG, embeddings, chunking strategies
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector
• Python, FastAPI, Node.js

Qualifications

• 3+ years ML/AI engineering experience
• Production LLM applications: LangChain, LlamaIndex
• RAG pipeline design and optimization
• Prompt engineering, few-shot learning
