AI Citizen Development Lead

Role Summary

The AI Citizen Development Lead will help Sophos scale secure, intelligent, and enterprise-grade business operations through modern AI-powered automation. This role goes beyond traditional workflow automation to design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agentic AI patterns, and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
You will architect and deliver secure automation and AI solutions across Salesforce, EDI, order booking, and ERP ecosystems, leveraging enterprise AI architecture patterns such as RAG, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and governed data access models.Working within the finance organization, you will work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT, you will ensure AI solutions are scalable, compliant, explainable, and aligned with Sophos’ cybersecurity-first principles.
