AI Developer

We are looking for AI Developers to join our team in Espoo or Tampere
In this role, you will work on a variety of customer and internal projects. As an AI Developer, you will help identify, evaluate, implement and maintain state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for our service solutions and customer projects
Design user-friendly workflows that integrate GenAI solutions into daily processes to improve user experience and business outcomes
Provide expert guidance on the value creation and best practices of GenAI solutions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Software Development, Engineering, and Technical Communication
We appreciate, if you have:
Relevant educational background (e.g., B.E., M.Sc. (Tech))
Background in GenAI development and ability to work with modern AI development frameworks
