Overview – AI Developer / AI Integration Engineer (Healthcare Focus)

We’re looking for a skilled AI Developer / Integration Engineer to help us build intelligent tools and automate core clinic workflows. This includes developing AI assistants using OpenAI/ChatGPT, automating internal processes like email parsing, ticketing, and fax/PDF renaming, and integrating solutions with platforms like Freshdesk and our RIS/EMR systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment, and is excited to help modernize healthcare operations through smart, scalable AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom AI tools using OpenAI / ChatGPT API, LangChain, or similar platforms
• Automate clinic workflows, including intake forms, internal ticketing, reporting summaries, and scheduling
• Develop email parsing and automated PDF/fax renaming tools to streamline patient documentation
