Build and implement our Agentic AI based operating model
Design workflows that combine human decision making with AI agents
Implement automation across documentation, reporting and knowledge management
Evaluate and integrate AI tools such as LLM orchestration platforms, automation tools, workflow engines and internal copilots
Structure scalable systems that increase output without increasing headcount
Collaborate with Product, Sales and corporate stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks
Translate experiments into stable, repeatable operational standards

Qualifications

Strong practical AI literacy with implementation experience
Hands on experience with automation tools, AI agents or orchestration frameworks
Builder mindset with strong execution power
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
