AI Driven Skills Growth Developer

Responsibilities

The candidate will work alongside a team of full stack developers building a full AI toolset including AI skills assessment, role play, AI Tutor, interactive video, and podcast generation. The AI Productivity Engineering team builds custom internal tooling, dashboards, and AI‑powered applications for the IBM sales organization and for business partners and clients.
