Superside is hiring an
AI Enablement & Project Specialist
to help operationalize how AI is adopted across creative teams and project management workflows. Sitting within our Learning, Enablement, and Transformation team, this role bridges operational execution and hands-on enablement—ensuring our AI learning programs run smoothly and that project teams are equipped to manage AI-powered work effectively.

You'll partner closely with both the AI Enablement & Transformation Manager and the Creative AI Enablement Senior Manager, supporting AI bootcamps, learning programs, and practical adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the operational coordination of AI bootcamps and learning programs, including scheduling, participant management, and content organization.
• Enable Project Managers to adopt AI tools and workflows, helping them plan, scope, and manage AI-driven projects with confidence.
