We are looking for two team members to support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology-enabled processes across consulting business and central functions at Simon-Kucher. Central functions consist of business teams that support the running of the consulting business, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT. 
This role will support firm-wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 20 000 to PLN 24 000, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role.
