Job Description
Main Delivery responsibilities
Ensure engagements are suitably resourced to execute contracted commitments; ensure approved staff are appointed to defined roles
Establish and operate the required Delivery Management processes, regimes and rituals (including but not limited to the suitable adoption of UPM/USM)
Maintain commercial adherence and rigor across the engagement through a contract change process (including audit trail regime)
