We are seeking an AI Engineer to support an AI & Agentic AI initiative focused on building persona‑driven agents that interact with other agents and simulated crowds. The role combines agentic AI development, data analytics, and predictive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build persona‑based AI agents capable of interacting with other agents and diverse crowd profiles.
• Develop multi‑agent workflows for collaboration, critique, and iteration of content such as surveys.
• Analyse quantitative data from simulations and interactions and convert it into qualitative, narrative insights.
