AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to take ownership of our AI initiatives, driving the development and integration of AI/ML solutions across our products and services. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI models, particularly focusing on LLMs (Large Language Models) and other advanced AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, provide technical guidance, and ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, fine‑tune, and deploy LLMs and other AI/ML models to solve business challenges. Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Implement prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and model fine‑tuning strategies as needed.
