AI Engineer

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 4-5 years of experience building production-grade AI/ML or software systems
• Strong programming experience with Python, Node.js and Bun
• Experience with at least one additional backend language or runtime (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java)
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, NLP, or modern transformer architectures
• Experience building or integrating chat interfaces or conversational AI systems
• Dubai-based candidates preferred

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design
• Experience architecting AI/ML flows, multi‑agent systems, or agentic reasoning pipelines
• Experience with RAG, CAG, or hybrid retrieval‑based reasoning
