AI Engineer (Full Stack) - LATAM/Nigeria

The founder is currently experimenting with AI workflows herself but needs someone dedicated to owning this problem full-time. You'll be responsible for figuring out the best way to turn text into high-quality visual content—testing multiple approaches, comparing outputs, and optimizing for quality and efficiency. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll operate with founder-level urgency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI workflows that generate high-quality images and video from text quotes
• Experiment with multiple approaches (agents, different SDKs, prompt engineering) and systematically compare results
• Optimize AI pipelines for quality, token usage, memory efficiency, and iteration speed
• Work across the stack as needed (Python backend, some frontend)
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques (Vercel AI SDK, Google ADK, Claude, etc.)
