AI Engineer

We are exclusively supporting a Microsoft Partner in a scale-up phase, holding a remarkable relationship with Microsoft for its size and comprised with experts in delivering Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.

With the aim to be a disruptor in Generative AI solutions, they are hiring for an AI Engineer capable of delivering real, production-grade GenAI solutions. The focus is on AI‑led transformation powered by Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.

• Build Generative AI and RAG solutions using LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, etc.)
• Write clean, scalable Python services for AI workloads
• Design retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector stores, and enterprise data
• Integrate GenAI into Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
• Experience taking AI solutions into production
• Clear communicator who thrives in a startup environment
