Role Overview

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions spanning predictive analytics, natural language processing, and Generative / Agentic AI systems. The role requires hands-on experience in building and integrating AI models with enterprise data, APIs, and digital channels to enable smarter decisioning, automation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for personalization, recommendations, fraud detection, and credit/risk scoring.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for document intelligence, conversational bots, and content generation.
