AI Engineer Lead

Role Summary

This role supports the implementation and management of AI and analytics platforms, including MLOps processes, statistical analysis, and model evaluation. You will collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into business processes. The role also involves evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions and developing/integrating generative AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
• Strong experience with Generative AI & LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, fine-tuning)
