AI Engineer

About This Role
We're not looking for someone to build customer service bots or FAQ responders. We need an architect who can envision and build AI Agents that function as autonomous middle management — systems that think, decide, and execute across finance, operations, and sales.
You'll be working directly with the COO of a $7.5M multi-company portfolio spanning AV integration, solar energy, real estate, and consumer products. Our goal is aggressive: scale to $75M by 2035, and AI-powered operations are central to that vision.
This isn't a follow the ticket role. We want someone who takes a half-formed concept and returns something 300% more effective than we imagined. Someone who sees gaps we don't and fills them before being asked.
Compensation: PHP90,000 - PHP110,000 monthly
