AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer with strong background in math, statistics, and programming, who has experience with language models (LLMs) and machine learning. Desirable: Agentic AI framework knowledge. The ideal candidate has previous experience with industry projects using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for unstructured text analysis. Responsibilities: Build end-to-end solutions using LLMs and NLP for unstructured text use cases (extraction, classification, summarization, Q&A). Design and implement RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, evaluation, and prompt optimization. Develop AI agent workflows (tool use, planning/execution patterns, guardrails, and memory where applicable). Deploy models and pipelines via APIs (REST) and integrate them into product workflows. Apply best practices for testing, documentation, CI-friendly code, and Git-based version control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, product, doma...
