About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and drive production-grade LLM and retrieval-based functionality. In this role you’ll work across embedding generation, document chunking, vector search, evaluation, and reliability — with opportunity to experiment, innovate, and shape the foundational AI layer of our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines — including chunking, embedding generation, indexing and search infrastructure.
• Improve the accuracy, consistency, and quality of LLM outputs; experiment with model configurations and retrieval strategies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess LLM performance and retrieval quality.
• Process large, complex documents, generating structured output as needed. ...
