Job Description

We’re Hiring: AI Engineering Lead Company: CoPilot Innovations Location: Remote Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers CoPilot Innovations, a subsidiary of The Plumtree Group, is looking for an AI Engineering Lead to act as the technical authority across our engineering team.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build production-ready AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and setting strong engineering standards internally as well as across client accounts.
