The Role
We need AI tinkerers who ship.
You'll embed directly with teams across Pepper—Sales, Marketing, Content, Ops, Product—and do one thing: find friction, build micro apps, automate the boring stuff.
No 6-month roadmaps. No endless PRDs. You see a problem Monday, you ship a working prototype by Wednesday.
You'll report directly into the founder and functional leaders. Full access to data, systems, and context. Zero bureaucracy. Maximum velocity.
