Your responsibilities

• Lead and support AI innovation project work from discovery through to delivery.
• Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, digital apps, and automation workflows.
• Work with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and prototyping tasks.
• Explore and adopt new AI platforms and tools as they emerge.
• Build and configure AI agents using Co-pilot Studio (exposure or interest ideal).
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to move, transform, and align data across multiple databases.
• Act as a generalist who can support small to medium innovation projects end-to-end.
• Partner with change management teams to help users adopt new apps, bots, and AI tools.
