The role
CBTW is evolving from a traditional digital service provider to an AI-First Engineering Partner. We are looking for a high-potential AI technologist to lead this charge.
As the AI Innovation Lead, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to operationalize our AI-Pair philosophy, where every human engineer is amplified by an intelligent agent.
We don't need a 20-year veteran. We need a relentless experimenter with solid engineering fundamentals who learns faster than the market changes.
