ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional role. You will work directly with IBC’s founder — close enough that this overlaps with a CEO’s office function — but your primary weapon is AI. You’ll use it to run our marketing engine, sharpen our BD process, and help the team work smarter every day.

We’re looking for someone at the intersection of AI-powered business process engineering and B2B marketing execution — business-aware enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build and run the systems that make those judgments scale.
