What You Will Do
Delivery Leadership & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for AI and automation initiatives across Retirement, ensuring measurable business impact
Define and lead delivery strategy, governance, and execution standards across the full pipeline
Act as the global delivery authority, aligning priorities, resources, and execution to a single Retirement roadmap
Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritisation, balancing demand, capacity, and strategic priorities
Partner with business leadership to ensure a clear, high-quality demand pipeline
Automation & AI Solution Delivery
Lead delivery across a broad solution landscape (workflow automation, Power Platform, document intelligence, GenAI)
Ensure solutions are designed for enterprise scale, sustainability, and cross-market reuse
