About The Role
We are seeking an
AI Knowledge & Data Lead
to build and manage our internal knowledge ecosystem and enable AI-driven workflows across the company. This role will curate, structure, and maintain the organization's critical knowledge (policies, SOPs, playbooks, marketing materials, training assets) and transform it into an AI-ready database that powers staff efficiency, decision-making, and creative output.

This is a
mid-level role
that blends knowledge management, data structuring, and applied AI. The AI Knowledge & Data Lead will work closely with the
Head of Technology & Systems
, while partnering across HR, Operations, Marketing, and Retail teams.
