Design and deliver structured enablement projects — workshops, office hours, self-serve guides — tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, and testing). Drive adoption aligned to metrics, ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active, high-value engineers delivering value back to the business. Write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in context — not just in demos. Diagnose and resolve blockers to adoption — whether technical, cultural, or workflow-related. Translate early adopter learnings into repeatable playbooks that scale adoption across the organisation.
