Siili is looking for an AI Management Consultant to help our clients navigate, prioritise, and realise the business value of AI. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and emerging technologies — turning fuzzy briefs into clear opportunities and actionable recommendations and AI solutions. You will work on AI transformation and operations renewal engagements for our clients. Cases span from process renewal and automation engagements to AI adoption programs across different business functions.
What you'll do
Deliver and support consulting engagements focused on AI-enabled business development, operations, and transformation.
Analyse business processes, organisational models, and value drivers to identify where AI creates impact.
Build business cases, opportunity assessments, and actionable roadmaps to inform strategic decisions and to optimise operations.
